MEET THE 

PARADISE CREW

Paradise Guest Ranch is presently owned by Clay and Leah Miller. Clay and Leah are also the on-site managers, they are committed to operating the ranch in fine western tradition by offering guests warm attentive hospitality, rustic elegance and exciting outdoor adventure.

LEAH MILLER & CLAY MILLER

This will be her 35nd year with Paradise! Leah handles most of the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the ranch running so smoothly. She is in charge of the kitchen, waitstaff, kid's program, housekeeping, and general, (along with being a wife and mother in her spare time!). The ranch dogs/mascots Dina and Jake belong to Leah and Clay.

This will be Clay's 23rd year at Paradise. He has been involved with the tourism industry since college days and loves being a part of the original form of Wyoming hospitality....Dude Ranching! In the winter he spends his time doing marketing work for the ranch and is past President of the Dude Rancher's Association as well as past Chairman of The Wyoming Tourism Board. Summers are pretty well spoken for as he is involved with the Barn, the Fishing Program, the French Creek Saloon as well as nightly entertainment.

 

CREW

Our ranch crew is a special bunch of people. They are a hard-working group that really knows how to take care of our guests. What really sets them apart is what a great team they are. Each crew member from the cabin girls to our wranglers work together to provide you with the best family vacation value available. Unlike many other ranches, we encourage interaction between our ranch crew and our guests. Not only will you see them during daytime activities, but also at meals and at nightly activities like the talent show, sing-a-long, and square dance.
