The Adult Only Weeks are a special time of our season when all the kids have gone back to school and the pace is more relaxed at Paradise. Because we have fewer guests on the ranch during this time, we can offer more flexibility in the riding program. Blue skies, cool temperatures, beautiful Fall colors, and no children make these weeks very popular with adults.
Policies
RATES & RESERVATIONS
Rates are based on a 7-night minimum stay from Sunday arrival to the following Sunday departure. Prices vary by season week and age of guest. There are no scheduled activities during the day on Sunday. Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m.
Wyoming lodging tax (4.2%), service charge (15%), French Creek Saloon charges, Riding Lessons, Guided Fly Fishing Trips and General Store purchases are not included in the per person rates.
Paradise allows our current guests the first option in rebooking their cabin for the same week the following year. We know more of our cabin availability as each week during the season comes to a close, however, we welcome inquiries at any point so we can better plan for your family's next vacation to Paradise!
Paradise offers specific Family Weeks & Adult Weeks to better accommodate your stay. Our Family Weeks typically start the season and run through mid-August. Adult Weeks start mid-August and run through the end of our season which is typically mid-September.
DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
A 35% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. All rates are subject to change without notice. The deposit is refundable if you cancel before 90 days of your reservation arrival date, minus a $100.00 cancellation fee.
TAXES & FEES
SERVICE CHARGE: A 15% service charge is ADDED TO BILL from the guest rate.
TAXES: 7% Sales and Lodging tax on the lodging portion of your stay, 5% sales tax on the Meals portion of your stay and the Activities portion having no sales tax comes to an average of 4.2% Lodging/Sales tax on your stay ADDED TO BILL.
Don't forget your checkbook! We ask that the final payment be paid by check. Cashiers checks are also accepted. You may pay by credit card but there will be a 3% fee added to credit card payments of the final invoice.
BABYSITTING & KID'S PROGRAM
Babysitting is provided for children under 5 years of age from 8:30 a.m. to noon every day as part of our Kid's Program. It may be possible to hire staff ($15 per hour and for each additional child; $10 per hour paid directly to them) for afternoon care, but not guaranteed. If available, we encourage you to bring your Nanny with you. We will discount your Nanny's rate to 1/2 Adult rate.
For safety reasons, children must be at least 6 years of age to participate in the regular horse program. The children's program counselors organize games, crafts, practice for talent night, kid's overnight camp-out, and help with the lead pony rides for those kids under 6 years of age, or too young to handle our regular riding program.
CABINS
A total of 18 cabins ranging from 1 to 4-bedroom cabins, usual housing in total from 60-70 persons, await our guests. Housekeeping services are provided daily for each cabin, so "Mom" can be on vacation, too.
Laundry facilities and services are readily available at the ranch. All 2-bedroom cabins and larger have their own washer and dryer, and laundry detergent is provided. Guests in our 1-bedroom cabins are welcome to use the ranch laundry facility after 3:00pm.
CABIN MINIMUM
Each cabin has a minimum occupancy requirement based on its size. There is a supplemental fee added for each person under the minimum requirement. During our Adult Weeks, the cabin minimum decreases by one.
1-Bedroom Cabin - Minimum of 2

RIDING PROGRAM
Each rider is assigned his or her own horse for the duration of their stay. After each ride guests are invited to assist with unsaddling and grooming. The riding weight limit is 250 pounds.
